Much better than the Days in Barrigada

the hotel was in decent condition, well priced, not near the water but far nicer than the days inn barrigada.

the employees where very helpful. but no resturant in the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!! they need a some sort of a place to eat inside the hotel!!!!
for the price, really, i say it was a little too expensive. plus the hotel is located on a side street!!!!!!
renting a car is a "must" no other means of public transportation!
unless you want to call for a taxi! and the taxi's are very expensive!
Shopping Tip:
plenty of shopping. they have 3 big malls! and there is "free" transportation (trolley bus) that takes you to all 3 malls!

Good location if you don't need an ocean view
Our room was clean, hotel is conveniently located, and the staff was responsive

We were on Guam for a long weekend. This hotel was selected because we wanted to save some money and did not need an ocean view. It is located a short distance from "hotel row" along the ocean, and is convenient to places of interest, many shops and restaurants. Although the air conditioning had some condensation leakage, the room was clean and large. The hotel staff responded quickly to our needs. Wifi is free in the rooms, and there are computers also available for use in the lobby. They also offer free VOIP (MagicJack) telephones for calls within the U.S. and Canada. We will certainly stay there again on our next visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have some time, both the Talofofo Falls Resort Park and Two Lovers Point are well worth visiting.

we were accepted well by the receptionist and checked in very early in the morning, about 5:30am. we had a free shuttle service, which they pick us up from the airport to the hotel. the room was clean, well ventilated, lighted. there were compliments of two bottled water, coffee and tea in the room. there was a small ref, an iron and ironing board, microwave, cable tv and a hair dryer. our requests for additional necessities like toilet paper, soap, etc. were immediately supplied. i felt secured in the hotel, in its premises as well as in the room. our requests for wake up call were well responded and done. our overall stay can be rated very good and i would recommend this hotel to other tourists and travelers coming to guam.

great value - no frills hotel

The room at the Days Inn Guam in Tamuning is spacious and of good quality. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, they have a modest coffee and donat station near the reception. Unfortunately there's no good restaurant closeby, unless one doesn't mind McDonalds or Denny's. The restaurant at the hotel was closed for renovation. The staff at the reception are very nice. They lent me an umbrella for 2 days and were very accommodating.
Shopping Tip:
The Kmart and the Guam Outlet stores were below expectation. The stores are second class and carry mostly very small or very large sizes. Shopping on the hotel road near the beach soley caters to Japanese and Korean tourist, who seem to prefer to high end stores such as Gucci, Prada, LV. No bargains there.

Hotel that is just perfect for me!

it is a stone throws away from marine drive and the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, which is expected for an island paradise, and excellent value for money. this hotel is just perfect! it has everything i need in a hotel for business travel, free hi-speed internet, spacious rooms, proximity to dining options and shopping malls for a quick bit a shop and near everywhere else.

It is good to have free airport shuttle bus, free paper and wi-fi internet access. The hotel facility seems to be old and the carpet should be preferably changed to flooring. Near hotel, there is a daily staff shop near hotel and McDonald at walking distance. As there is no breakfast provided, these shops can be helpful for breakfast. It is convenient to have water dispensor at the reception.
The rate referred below for Food/Dining is that for the independent restaurant occupied at 1st floor of the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Air conditions are available only in the room and corridors are exposed to open space.

Good value for the price
Very convenient and closed to the airport as well as the hotel provides free of charge pick up/drop off service.

We only spent one night at the hotel (for transit to Saipan). We arrived late at night/early the next morning (1:00 a.m.) and the pick up service from Days Inn was right there waiting for us. We were impressed that they were punctual and provide great service considering the late hour. The Days Inn is generally basic but nice and clean. The room was actually large enough for my husband and my 10 years old daughter. The decor is Island/Pacific which was a nice touch. For the price from Agoda, the value was great. We did not stay long enough to assess the full services. However, for the short stay and the great customer service that the Days Inn provided, we appreciated overall service

Our experience in Guam may not allow me to be sincere with at 50 words and more. I can only say that it's only Days Inn -Guam Tamuning that I can think of recommending. . . even when I've seen/been to others.
