great location but no wifi in room

Fiesta Resort has a good location along Tumon Bay. It is just a quick ride to the airport, shopping centers, and restaurants. The staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms are decent. Couch bed in the family room are moldy though.
Suggestions:
- Make WIFI also available in room and not just in lobby. Lobby tend to overcrowd sometimes.
- It would be nice if complimentary water bottles is replenished every day you are checked in. We stayed for 5 nights and we only received 4 bottles of water.

Good Location and great service
The staff in the check in counter were very helpful in providing every info about going around in Guam.

we arrived 5:30 in the morning and check in time was 3 pm. we were offered early check in but the price was for me too expensive. with the help of the very helpful filipino staff we thought we can go around and come back in time for lunch. unfortunately, the flea market we went to is a far cry from virra mall or any flea market in manila. we were back at 7:30 am. we just took a nap while waiting to go to the malls at 9:00 am. the trolleys-hop on hop off version in guam have stops right in front of the hotel. either going to the great premium outlet or micronesia mall, the trolley is a very convenient to take.
Travel tip:
if you are travelling with kids or seniors, book an additional half day to check in upon arrival at5:30am if you are taking pal. otherwise, better take continental air for a better flight schedule.
buy the 5 days pass for the trolley so you can go around and hop on and hop off the trolley at your convenience. the taxi is pretty expensive even if the places we visit are just close by.

Nice hotel near the centre of Tumon bay
So close to the bay, nicely in the middle for trips to the north or south

we had a good, comfortable, clean stay in an ocean view room - pleasant staff (but early morning staff seem a bit grumpy).
not an extensive resort - two medium-sized pools and a stage for a barbeque+entertainment, but it's so near the shallow bay you probably won't care. restaurants and basic shopping can be found within a ten minute stroll up or down the main road.
could have done with more english at the tour desk - they focus on their asian visitors, with little help if you don't speak japanese or korean - but are willing to help if you are patient.
despite the pricey breakfast and buffet options, the restaurant provides a simple evening menu (burger, pasta, etc) with reasonable prices and generous portions. and the ice-cream/coffee shop was a pleasant surprise - both are good options after a day out.
don't bother with the hotel 'mall' unless it's an emergency; better/cheaper shops are a mere ten minutes away.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the shuttle is only worth it if you are alone or heavily encumbered ($10 per person, compared to $15 for a taxi ride). if you're not in a hurry and feeling fit you could walk to the hotel from the airport in about 45 minutes, but it's a dreary walk and starts without a sidewalk.

We've stayed in Fiesta in June 2012, the Hotel is nice, but towels were dirty sometimes. WiFi in the room is 12 US Dollars per day, but there is free WiFi in the lobby.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing view

this room was amazing. it had a great flat screen tv, the separate shower had a detachable nozzle as well as a rainforest showerhead on the ceiling. the view of tumon bay was amazing especially with the setting sun. privacy was nice as well because only those staying on the floor have access with their key card. the bed was big enough to fit 5 people and they also had a couch, love seat and a single sofa chair. i would stay here again in a heartbeat it was that amazing.
Nightlife Tip:
Club Lush is just a walk across the parking lot from the hotel if you want to have some fun dancing and drinking with friends

Location not very good but have good seaview room

my husband and me go guam for honneymoon in early may. we hope to reserve a hotel with good sea view room and pretty beach. then, after searched, fiesta confirmed that they can provide this kind of room to us while the other hotel can't promise. so, i chose thus hotel for three nights. this hotel's room type really good for us as the good sea view and the tidy up service is good.however, this hotel location not very convenient and a little far away from the city center eg.dfs for the shopping mall. also, this hotel shown a little bit old for outlook and facilities. it was not as god as fiester in saipan where us more new and good.
Shopping Tip:
It's a little bit far from shopping mall and the shuttle bus stop station is not just in front of the hotel and need to walk for 5mins.

Great hotel with nice beach

fiesta guam is very great hotel, we have ocean view room in high floor. when open the room's window, you will see the beautiful and wonderful ocean view in you eyes. i love it very much...the hotel also convenience to the circle k and walk about 15 mins to k-mart. there have free transport to the shopping centre.

Great Location but small rooms

The driver was waiting for us for our early morning arrival, and the checkin was quick, we were in our room with-in 20 mins of clearing Customs.That was much appreciated as we had been travelling for 26 hrs.There were 3 in our group, but declined the roll-away bed, it would have made the room too cramped. Not sure if the other rooms would be any bigger. The one down side, was all the meals were buffet. All in all, a comfortable stay
