Worst Hotel Ever!!!

This hotel was horrible it was exactly the opposite of what was advertised. Wifi was not free it was $5. To refresh your towels cost you $3 a towel. The toilets did not work. There was Tube t.v.s with no connections. Worst Hotel ever!

higly recommend to traveller on a tight budget. particular on cleanliness, hospitallity, good service. safety amd security is well maintained. near bus stops and restaurant. value for money. i will refer grand plaza hotel to all my friends who will visit guam. and i will surely stay here he next time ill visit again guam.
