Hotel Description

With spectacular views of Tumon Bay and coastline and an excellent range of resort facilities, the Marriott Resort and Spa is an ideal place to stay when in Guam. Located on Ypao Beach, the hotel is five minutes walk from the restaurants, bars and entertainment in Tumon and an easy 15 minutes drive from the airport. Accommodation is provided by rooms and suites spread across 19 floors; all have private verandas and are furnished with everything that is required for a comfortable stay. There are four restaurants and bars, which between them serve a selection of Chinese and international food, the pool bar is a great spot for sunset views. The extensive range of facilities includes Clark Hatch fitness center, Angsana Spa, tennis, table tennis, sauna and steam rooms plus water sports such as sailing, surfing and water skiing. The hotel is also close to a number of golf clubs and amusement parks.

Comfy beds, lounge access, internet/wifi access in the rooms 8.3 Breakfast food choices could be more varied. Cold juice choices instead of warm. LOVED the fact that they were making FRESH juices on site.

The best things about this hotel are definitely location, service, and cleanliness. 8 It's right on Pale San Vitores Road which is Guam's main strip where there are a lot of restaurants and other hotels. It's very near attractions like Underwater World and Guam Zoo. It's also close to shopping places like DFS Galleria, Kmart, and JP Superstore. It's a 10-minute drive to the airport. Minor problems we encountered include delayed check-in for the second room and a room safe which wasn't working. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Rooms are kind of old but clean and decent. We got the Deluxe Ocean View Room that's supposedly for 2 people but we had 2 kids below 12 with us and it was okay.

I felt rested and highly recommend this hotel to people from my place.
