my stay in the hotel is awesome. it’s worth your money. the room is clean and well taken care of. the staff also are nice and friendly. the area is close to everything. stores, restaurant and beach- name it it’s there on that place. if you are planning to drink for the night there are lots of decent place in the area. it’s a family friendly place too. the children will enjoy the water park at the back of the hotel and if you want to do some souvenir shopping, there is a store right in front of the hotel. you don’t need to spend a lot of money on other place because the area is close to everything

Economical hotel at good location with clean room

staying at guam plaza hotel during early june for 6 nights. gotta say i enjoy my presence there. the hotel price is economical. it may not offer the best sea views as those along the shore like hyatt n hilton but it is located near dfs which is almost the center of guam. the room is no different than other hotels. it is clean. nice staff! highly recommended if view is not a big concern for u.

水圧が弱く、シャワー関連で少し困りました。しかし、スタッフを呼ぶとすぐに来てくれ、解決してくれたので、安心できました。
他の点では、なんの問題もなく快適に過ごせました。
今回は、何の予定も決めずに行ったのですが、R&Cカウンターのツアーデスクの方がとても頼りになり、充実したグアムを過ごすことが出来ました。

●ホテルのスタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。お店を一緒に探してくれたり、協力的でした。
●エキストラベッドの使用でしたが、お部屋も普通に広く快適でした。
ただ、シャワーの水圧がとても弱かった。。。
しかし、お値段を考えると総合的にはとても良かったと思います。

お安いイメージでしたが、実際は思ったよりずっと綺麗で良かったです。
お土産がなんでも揃うJPストアとつながっていて、DFSもすぐだし、夜遊びまわっても完全徒歩圏内、ロケーションは抜群です。DFS行の無料タクシーを使えば、離れたところからでも涼みながら帰って来れます。
ただし部屋にティッシュがないなど細かいところはいくつか難もあります。
ビーチサイドではありませんのが、海は見るもんじゃなくて、入るもんだ！という人にはいいかも。

ほとんどの人がグアム初で全員が一緒の行動が出来ないなか
ほとんどが徒歩圏内にありすごく便利です。
子供連れでも裏にプールがあり非常に便利です。

利便性にするれて初めてでもリピーターでも非常に良いです。

前回泊まった時より改装されていて綺麗になっていた。
洗面台もおしゃれな感じだったし過しやすかった。
買い物も近くでほとんどが済ませれて凄く便利だった。
また泊まりたいと思う。

무엇보다 DFS 옆에 위치하고 있어 교통편이 무지 편리. 근처 식당도 많고 여행지 분위기 많이 남. 객실도 깨끗한 편이고 일본인이 많아 조용한 편. 하지만 침대나 다른 시설은 조금 오래된 느낌.
