The view to the beach and breakfast. The Bali Spa was fablous. I will recommend the Body Scrub who stay at this hotel. The Service at the Spa was excellent.
Service can be improved. I have requested for wash cloth twice and none was provided.
The room was smells and looks dirty. The bathtub looks dirty.
For the amount of money that you pay for the room at least they can make the room smell fresher. They have a sign that if you want your linen to be change, don't place the card on top of your pillow and your linen will be change but it didn't happened. My linen was not change for four nights. during my resevations I have requested for a iron and ironing board to be in my room and the reservation staff informed that it will be in the room but was not there. She also informed me that microwave was in my room but was not. It was to noisy in the floor where my room was up to 2:00 AM. This will not be a hotel for people who are needing to get some sleep.
I will not come back to this hotel.

Nice location, walking distance to DFS, Tumon Sands Plaza, The Plaza, JP Store.
Addition to regular service, staff are very kind. Especially,concierge is helpful in any questions. The Bartender is friendly. The repairman came to my room as soon as my call.
Sewer flow is not good. However,you can manage it.
Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. Good location, nice beach in front of Hotel with free rental chair, reasonable rental goods.
Hotel staff is so nice and friendly.
Please don't expect so much for breakfast.
I recommend this hotel if you like cozy place to stay.

Staff were pleasant, location was good. It was great to have a balcony.
The hotel wasn't excellent, the breakfast was the same most of the time. But the stay was not bad. I would rather stay here than pay a lot of extra money at another hotel.
The hotel location was good, everything was close by. The stay wasn't marvelous nor was it a hotel that you would say, "wow" I want to come back here. On the other hand the hotel was not something that made you think that you wouldn't return. It was a quiet place, the staff was friendly. Didn't go into the pool as it was quite small, but then again the ocean is right in front so there was no need. Would have preferred that the entrance from hotel to beach was closer but it was fine. All in all we had nothing bad to say about the hotel and I wouldn't tell someone not to go there. Guess it just depends what you are looking for. The price was average compared to other hotels, so you get what you pay for.

The strategic location of the hotel makes it accessible to almost everything tourists look into - malls/shopping centers, church, supermarket, transport and most of all the beach.
I requested for a "wake-up call" in view of my early return flight but not did not receive any call.
Supply of drinking water (bottled water) should be continuous for guest staying for multiple days not only on the first day.
Allow early check-in especially for early morning arrivals.
Airport-hotel transfers should be part of the hotel services free of charge.
The strategic location of the Holiday Resort is it foremost selling point. It is very accessible to places a visitor/tourist looks for. Its facilities make one's stay wholesome, memorable and enjoyable. Although, the hotel staff have lapses they are nevertheless courteous and approachable.
If I will have the chance to visit Guam again, staying in Holiday Resort and Spa will not be an option but a choice.

Nice, comfortable hotel on the beach in central Tumon Bay.
TV needed replacement and $10 a day seems a little steep for internet service.
I really enjoyed this place and the location was great. Easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, buses etc. The room was comfortable, with nice views of the bay. Would really like to see hotels like this offer free internet... in this day and age it doesn't seem like it should be an extra. Most of the cheap hotels offer it for free??

Room is very big and offers a great view of the beach
washroom was clean but should be renovated.
If I had the chance, I’ll choose this hotel again. Compared with the other hotels near Guam Resort, this hotel is affordable and pretty much offers the same thing as every other hotel. Room was big and clean, and offers a great view of the beach. This hotel is also one of the stops for all of those tourist trams/trains.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Beach is within walking distance

Good location, good price and nice staff!
I saw small ants on my bed.. its not a problem though.
The hotel will be my favorite one; if you want to do anything, there is the best one. In front of the beach, bus stop, rent a car, rent a cycle, convenience store and club pash! you can go everywhere by yourself, and the hotel staff are very friendly and kind. I had a comfortable time with them.
Nightlife Tip : You got to go Club Pash!

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are very large. There is a rental car company located on the bottom floor of the hotel along with a couple of tour companies.
Some of the rooms need to have the carpet cleaned.
I have stayed at this hotel more than once and find it a great place to relax. It is one the main strip with all the other hotels. You are not far from the bars and dining that Guam has to offer. If you are in need for a rental car then this hotel has a company right on the bottom floor.

Hotel is advertised as 4 stars, in my opinion it should be 3 stars at best.I stayed at the Days Inn in Guam where the room was as good but it was rated as 2 1/2 Stars.It is about time to remodel the room.

The hotel has a rental car company on the first floor. It is located just minutes from all the major sights on the strip.
there was construction being done on some of the rooms so the stay was a little noisy.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guam. It is only a few blocks from all the major sights on the Tumon strip. The rooms are nice and large with in-room internet. The only down fall is that you have to pay for the internet service when it should be free. Some of the lesser rated hotels in Guam offer free internet. The hotel has a couple of nice restaurants located inside just outside the lobby which offer a wide variety of local and American food. The best part of my stay was the fact that I did not have to leave the hotel to get a rental car. All I had to do was go to the first floor and make my reservations. I will stay at the Holiday Resort again on my next visit to Guam.

Are poorly drained in the bathtub! Did not flow smoothly.
Even before you stayed there one time. Than at the time, so it was good in terms of service. If we were kind of hotel it was easy and friendly to everyone. I also want to use. There was also a convenience store nearby.
Restaurant Tip : I found a delicious restaurant.

Sheets did not even ask the exchange, said he allows smoking on the balcony, you request an ashtray, they said no. Price was the only disappointment.
