Pizza restaurant placed 1F have good smile and Taxi driver has good smile too!

This time for Guam, I had CPA-exam and I want to keep my good condition for taking exam.
This hotel was nice place and good environment.
This area is quite and not so far from central shopping mole in Guam that take about maybe 15 minutes walking.
Taxi driver was so kindness and good smile, so I can go to the exam on good condition.
For CPA Candidates, it takes $50 to go to and form the exam place by taxi from each hotel.
I recommend you use this hotel's taxi drivers.
In additional, Pizza restaurant was very nice foods and beer! And employees have good communication and create nice atmosphere, so I recommend you use this Pizza restaurant.
It has Local beer (Guam beer) that can't drink another hotel and place.
This beer has sweet taste that makes me feel more interesting and fun!

We held two rooms next to each other. (We did not ask to do so.)
Since there is a door between the room, we asked the front desk to borrow the key for connecting. They said that the extra charge would be 20 USD for a night!
We denied.
Restaurant Tip:
Very good Thai restaurant is close to the hotel.(5 min walk)

so kind staff in holiday and nice location closed to beah and also turmon.

it's my first time in guam, and staying in holiday resort added to the over-all great experience i had. hotel personnel are so helpful, food in restaurants inside the hotel are excellent and fairly priced. i will still consider staying in this hotel in my next visit to guam, hopefully on december 2011.
Shopping Tip:
Branded goods in the Duty Free Shops are cheaper compared to our country. It's a shoppers paradise.

The hotel is near tumon shopping area like the dfs and the sands plaza. The hotel is big and clean but a bit old. There's free wifi at the lobby.

We stayed in 3 hotels during 10 days in Guam. This one is the best of all. And the price compares to the cheapest hotel in Guam is only $10 different per night. But the room, bathroom and balcony are big and clean. The hotel is next to the beach. We had breakfast in the restaurant is good (buffet for $12). There's a bus goes to every hotel, so the bus also stops here. But when we want to go to other malls or K-mart to get water, we had to take a bus to DFS(10 mins on bus) and then take a bus from DFS. There is a water boiler and they also offer tea bags and coffee bags. The beds are comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's better to get a bus 5-days pass($20). So that you can take the bus as many times as you want in 5 days. Otherwise, it's $2 every ride.
