Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great accomadation, not on the beach!
great loaction, wonderfull views, roomy suites
7.3
i booked based on the photo that show's it's beach frontage!.it is not, you have to walk thru the zoo carpark, down to the beach. internet in rooms is not wifi, but a cable located behind tv and was not working due to 'signal problems' this was a big issue for us.
otherwise clean, and enjoyale. would not go there again, as i wanted beach frontage
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The wildlif refuge is worth visiting and so is a visit to Jeff's pirate cove for a relaxing meal.

great hotel and good location
7.7
i only stayed one night at the hotel after staying at the marriott. i would rate this hotel better compared to the marriot as it was about dollars cheaper but the room was bigger and less shabby. the only downside was the ll floor and the reception being on the floor above.
the pizza restaurant on the ll floor is great as well.

Value for money
Spacious room with balcony and sea view. Excellent location. Nice and helpful staff.
8.7
The room is much larger than I expected, and yet very clean. The sea view of Tumon is wonderful. You wake up with a view of the beautiful Tumon beach every morning. It was enjoyable.
There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and some good restaurants are within walking distance.
Staff is helpful in many occasions.
The only bad thing is that I can hear noises and conversations in the room next to us because our room is a connecting room with next door. But for this price and service I wouldn't expect more.
Overall, it was a very plesant stay and I've recommended my friends to stay in this hotel too.

do not book ever!!! bathtub had hair & moldy room
2
we picked the hotel on a one night layover. had originally wanted to book but decided to cheap out a bit and what a mistake that was. this hotel is dirty and moldy and has not customer service. first they said they have airport transfer which they charge $10 pp per direction and it had to be booked 4 days in advance! they don't have any shuttles at all. you can take a taxi to the hotel through rush hour for less than that. and there goes the price differential between the real hotels around and this dump. the staff have no idea what's going on and was not able to tell me how much taxi should cost even though they have a fixed rate taxi stand in the hotel. the check in was unprofessional and no umbrellas were on offer in a city that rains regularly. the room smelled like fermented fish which i have just realized is the smell of mold. it does not have beach access at all.... i think the only hotel in the area that doesn't. the lobby feels like a ghost town and all the restaurants are closed except for the korean resturant which caters to its primary guests. it is now owned by a korean company as well which could explain the complete lack of standards. and when i went to take a shower there was hair in the tub which swirled. i have contacted the management and have not hear anything back. so do not book ever!!! pay a bit of extra and enjoy your hotel stay even if it is just for one night.

Good location but rooms shabby
Being close to the beach with an ocean view
4.7
Well, I requested a high floor with king size bed and quiet room. I got the lowest floor(6th), 2 twin beds next to the noisy pool. The room felt dirty, carpet old and musty, bed linen smelt bad and bath, sink etc didn't look like they had been cleaned. The lamp was almost falling apart and the room was dark.Room size was good and a nice big fridge, but the draft of cold air from the corridor was so bad we taped around the door every night otherwise we would have frozen. Finally on the last night we had to get up at 1am to get our flight. I requested a morning call and it didn't come!
The rentacar agency was good and being near to the beach was the best part. For the price the room was poor
Restaurant Tip:
Fuji Ichiban restaurant was nearby. Very good food and price

I can't complain when it comes to service. All the staff members are helpful and friendly. My only complain is the bed. My husband and I woke up after our first night with sore backs. More like stiff backs. The cushion was not comfortable.
Shopping Tip:
Browse around all the shops before buying, as you are bound to find something cheaper
