it's little bit away from downtown but it was ok with us. it was quiet and clean and i want to visit again

A wind down to relaxation, with a few bumps.
Easy to use and great access to a semi-private beach. Smiling, helpful staff.

It was good. Functional, airy and friendly. The buffets were a little pricey and 9 dollars an hour to use the internet in your own room? Hmm. Great staff, some policies perhaps are already being changed and that's a good thing; e.g. one thing needing attention was the fact that many guests felt they could 'book' a lounger or chair by putting their towel on it at 7 am and not rocking up until noon! Not good. That's not the hotel's fault but I think they are now implementing measures to curb selfish behavior on the part of some guests.

When we checked in and went to our room we were surprised to find other quests there on the beds!! We were tired and wanted to relax, the staff took care of us, especially who brought us and small children to the VIP room while the staff sorted out a new room for us. The kids liked the gummy bears and dad liked the Corona!
The water slides are fun, but one of the lifeguards was very much a stickler for rules and made the pool atmosphere feel lousy. Another two life guards were more relaxed and we could enjoy sliding with our little ones (who enjoy adventure). On the days with the strict lifeguard we went to the beach or shopping.
The hotel is nice and open,but if if you look closely it is worn and moldy, there was mold in our bath.
WIFI only in lobby and poolside.
