Good hotel for the price, great central location

Stayed with a couple friends, and the location is the best part about the hotel. It is right off the main strip. 2 bedrooms seem to be the standard for this place, with one bedroom having 2 queen beds, and the other having 2 double beds.

it was great that i can check in early.
so i got a great sleeping after a midnight flight.
but it also was noise.
that i alway heard the noise from next room.
or i heard the talking every time anyone walk cross my door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. The hotel was very inexpensive considering the area that it is in. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We especially liked the free transportation to and from the airport. The room was much larger than most hotel rooms and was almost more like a suite. This was one of our most positive hotel experiences.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The little store off the hotel's lobby is as inexpensive as it gets in the area.

The rooms were something out of the 1970's. The rooms had a mouldy smell and there were stains on the couches.
We tried to open some cupboards and the doors came off. The breakfast was OK.
The staff did not speak much English- I had to speak Japanese to them to get my point across.
The room was so bad we checked out on the first morning by 11am and found somewhere so much better where we stayed.

this is a cute little hotel, with great help from the staffs. even we arrived at 7am, they gave us a room and even offered us free ride service on the returning date. however, hotel public area maintained very well, but inside needed lots of maintanence. water sink was clogged, curtains needed cleaning. coffee pot was a bit dirty. otherwise, everything was fine.

Great service with a perfect location.
I would have to say that this hotel and resort is located at the tip of the entertainment hub.

I would definitely consider staying here again.My only wish is for a parking facility near the adjacent building where most of the rooms are located.
Nightlife Tip:
Stay away from the massage parlors. They are frauds! The malls are close enough to walk to in a short amount of time and the restaraunts are just across from the hotel.

Nice hotel near the ocean

We came into Guam from the airport and arranged free airport pickup from the hotel. Definitely take advantage of the hotel shuttle because taxisn in Guam are expensive. The rooms are nice and modern, and ours had a balcony looking out onto the ocean. There lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

hotel for japanese and japanese only
i tried but its hard to find a good thing about this hotel

there was only one japanese woman in the front who was really busy and could not get simple job done!! i phoned the front to call taxi in 5 mins and i went there and waited in front of her for another 5-8mins, and finally i asked her about taxi
and she is like " arrrr " and makes the call.without saying
any sorries.
and the hotel is on the hill, so you will have to walk really
steep hill to get to hotel. hard location.
and the room had no view at all.
i will not visit this hotel again.
and the price was not that cheap.
Restaurant Tip:
only thing that i liked was the breakfast in this hotel.

Access to high street is very good, and as name shows, ocean view from hotel is very beautiful. Also price for this hotel service is very good. Maybe restaurant in a hotel is the point to be improved.
