Great location and view but small pool

i used to stay leo place condominium but i didn't like the isolated location. i hardly made up my mind whether two standard hotel rooms or oceanview 2-bedroom condominium because the reviews of oceanview were from point 1 to 5.
overall my stay was great! my husband and i could have a good time after my two sons went to bed and the full kitchen made us happy. the lan in the room was free. my condo was on the fourth floor with great ocean view. i rent a car while my stay so the hill was no problem and the location is easy access to shopping and restaurants.
the only thing my kids didn't like was the pool. it was too small and boring, no shade at all. we went to tarza, pic day guest and beach instead.
i'll stay oceanview condo next visit.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The price of coconut chips and macadamia chocolate at the hotel covenience store is cheaper than that of K-mart. They open until 3 o'clock in the morning.

The hotel is very close to resturants and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is standard size, cleaner than most other hotels in Guam in that price range. A huge plus was the free early check-in after our early morning arrival. We had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel has a great location to shopping and attractions area.The staff are very accomodating and friendly. I will recommend to my relatives and friends to stay in oceanview hotel. I will suggest to add some ammenities like gym, spa in the hotel.

- great location.. hotel was in a nice area
- we arrived 4am from an early flight, the staff was very
accomodating and had the room ready for us.
- took a taxi from airport to hotel only to find out that there
was supposed to be a hotel shuttle waiting for us.
- room size was adequate. Bed and bathroom were just the average
size. Cleanliness is not a strong point of this hotel.

Great location, big room, accomodating staff!

I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.. staff are very accomodating. We arrived at 6am and was able to check in right away ( normal check in time is 3pm), check out time also was extended.. very flexible!
Travel tip:
If you wish to go on city tour - you can approach the taxi counter near the lobby door. You'll see M'g Boy - he's Filipino and very helpful. He's very flexible - you just have to negotiate!

値段にあったホテル！ 家族連れにはもってこいかと。
とにかく値段！ そしてキッチン。コンドミニアムはリノベーションされていて綺麗で広々。

大家族連れだったので2部屋借りて利用しました。
フロントの方の対応も素晴らしく、とても安心できました。
（日本人よりも現地の方のほうが素敵なホスピタリティでした）
コンドミニアムが少ない中、メインのタモンでお安く滞在でき、
自炊もできるので大満足でした。
ただ、キッチンにシロアリが出るので食べ物を置いておくのはやめた方が。
飲食物は冷蔵庫にしまうのをオススメします。
キッチン道具もあったり無かったりするものがあるので、
絶対なければ！というものは持参することをオススメします。
（我が家は包丁を持っていきました。お役立ちでした！）
あとはタオルがなかったり、2部屋のうち1つしか清掃していなかったり…と
足りないところはあるのですが、言えばすぐ対応してくれるので
そんなに不満に感じませんでした。
とにかく値段の割にはいいホテルでした。

1. 유아 동반 가족여행으로 저렴한 가격에 숙박 해결 가능
2. 건설된지 오래되어서 편의 시설이나 룸 컨디션은 어느 정도 감안해야 하지만
가격을 생각하면 충분한 메리트를 가지고 있음
3. 경사가 심한 언덕에 있지만 언덕의 길이 30미터 정도로 힘들게 올라야 하지
만 차량을 렌트한 경우 전혀 어렵지 않음
4. 시내 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어 걸어서 시내 및 쇼핑 가능
5. 어디나 그렇듯 프론트는 친절함, 무료 와이파이도 제공함
6. 룸 시설은 우리나라 모텔 생각하면 100%임
7. 시끄럽거나 지저분하진 않음
8. 호텔 안에 식당이 있음

처음에 두 가족이 가서 각각 개인 룸을 사용 하였으나, 개인 룸 시설은 꽝!!
며칠 뒤 콘도미니엄 2베드룸으로 옮겼는데, 시설은 개인 룸하고는 천지 차이.
나름 음식도 해 먹고 가격 대비 괜찮으나, 유아 동반 여행이라면 풀장이 넓은 곳으로 추천 하고 싶다. 오션뷰 호텔은 방은 괜찮았으나, 풀장이 작고 아이들 놀기에는 조금 미흡하다.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
일정 중 하루 렌트카를 이용 하여 섬 전체를 돌며 여기 저기 명소 구경 다니는 것도 추천. (약 3~4시간 소요)

가족끼리 저렴하게 이용하기 좋아요
언덕에 있다는 단점이 있지만 교통도 좋고 가격도 착하고 좋았어요.

저희 부부와 7세 딸래미, 그리고 나의 친구 2명이 함께간 여행이었는데,
입이 짧은 딸아이 때문에 한국식으로 밥을 먹어줘야 한다는 결론으로 예약한 호텔이었어요. 호텔이 좀 언덕에 있어서 백미터 정도는 언덕을 올라야 하는 불편함이 있었지만 언덕에 있는만큼 투몬만이 내려다보여서 나름 뷰가 좋았구요. 언덕을 내려가면 인근에 24시간 편의점도 있고 웨스틴호텔이 바로 있어요. 슬슬걸어가면 괌 플래저아일랜드거리이고 아웃리거 호텔이구요. 오션뷰호텔 수영장은 작고 아주 심플하지만 웨스틴호텔쪽으로 걸어가서 그 뒷편 해수욕장을 이용햇구요. 바로 근처에 타자워터파크도 있어서 좋았어요.2개의 룸과 2개의 화장실, 주방시설, 널찍한 소파 ... 고급 호텔을 상상한다면 참 초라하지만 알뜰하게 여행하고 싶은 가족단위나 여러명의 친구들이 함께 하는 여행이라면 추천하고 싶어요.

가격대비 위치도 좋고 콘도형식이라 간단한 음식조리와 식시가 가능해 좋았어요.허나 좀 언덕위치호텔이라 아동데리고 걸어다니기에 체력을 요하더라고요. 모든직원들이 친절하셨어요

조식이 다른 호텔에 비해 별로였어요 선택(토스트나 핫케익/베이컨이나 스팸/계란/쥬스나 커피 중 각택1개) 맛도 별로 서비스도 유독 별로더라고요
