A great experience

It was an excellent stay at Oceanview. Even at a couple moments where our going away get together got a bit out of hand they were extremely courteous in dealing with it. Checking in was quick and without hassle. I was even remembered from previous stay. Not really any complaints out of me.

reasonable price with big living room, kitchen and two bed room. so it will be nice for familiy and friends. one thing building was old.
but overall it was satisfied hotel.
Shopping Tip:
If someone lke me who like shopping on reasonable price, you have K-mart, Ross, Outlet, and Macy's. all these places are No Tax. I anjoyed very much.

Nice room layout and gorgeous view!
The room was comfortable and large enough for the guests and their visitors.

Hotel room was nice and comfortable. There was only one restaurant that was pricey for our budget. The hotel location was walking distance to entertainment, shopping and restaurants which added to the enjoyment of the stay.

Convenient location for tourist & shoppers. Shopping and stores like DFS, Superstore were just walking distance. The room is very spacious. Comforters though were not as "comfortable". Air condition is a bit noisy; if you are very sensitive to noise, then you might have difficulty is sleeping. It's a slope walking to the hotel too.

convenient location for tourist & shoppers. super stores, dfs & more are just walking distance, although hotel is located up slope... beds are not as comfortable though. but for the price, it is acceptable.

Good location but poor service
Location was very nice. Close enough to the beach to walk, Restuarants near by.

customer service was extremely poor. waited over an hour to check in past check in time because the housekeeping had to "check" the rooms.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
underwater world was a lot of fun.

Good hotel for the price, great central location

Stayed with a couple friends, and the location is the best part about the hotel. It is right off the main strip. 2 bedrooms seem to be the standard for this place, with one bedroom having 2 queen beds, and the other having 2 double beds.

一瞬ちょっと古い感じはしますが、室内はきれいで、なんといっても2ベッドルーム２バストイレのＬＤＫは広くて快適です。これでちょっとは安いと思いました。コンドでは中心部から一番近いそうです。

一日目は蚊がいて不快であったがフロントに言ったところ２日目以降はスプレー等して下さっていたのか大丈夫でした！また一階だったので外のビューも部屋からみたかったので２階か３階にできないか相談しましたが全く返信もないまま最終日を迎えました・・でも一階も悪くないなあって最終的には思っていました！快適なグアムの旅を過ごすことができました。有難うございました。今度はコンドミニアム棟にも宿泊してみたいです。有難うございました。
Restaurant Tip:
こちらのホテル内のチャモロ亭も人気でしたよ。少し高めですかね・・・チャモロビレッジのプレートランチを３回ほど食べましたが美味しかったです。
ローカルフードを味わえます。チャモロナイトもお勧めです。
