great location, in the middle of tumon area
near the dining areas, subway, burger king, churrasco and just a walking distance to Tumon Sands and DFS.

the front desk staff are very helpful,in attending to our needs. they assisted us in giving directions us to where we are going.the room is clean and they charged a minimal amount for an extra bed. Housekeeping is on a daily basis. they charged telephone calls from the room and internet services.overall we enjoy our stay at the hotel and looking forward to coming back.

A place to sleep
Price, Air Conditioner works, close to the 'Osaka' Japanese store

PBH isn't extravagant or even adequate other than being a place to sleep. Lobby halls and exterior is worn and tattered. The room wasnt in bad shape but again the walls, paint, ceiling was worn & tattered.
PBH will nickel and dime you to death. They charge for EVERYTHING. Being on a tight budget the best thing I found was the Osaka Japanese store just down the road (south). Free internet, bike rentals, and reasonable prices at Osaka.
Shopping Tip:
Osaka Japanese store about four blocks to the south is a MUST. I would have ran out of money three days in without that store.

ok hotel
location right in the shopping area and near to tumon beach

ok stay for a budget hotel i am a single traveller but my room coulf hold 3 ppl (single bed and double bed). great deal. the exterior of the hotel is old and the carpets inthe hallway are dirty but the rooms are very clean. great brazillian restaurant down stairs and the hotel gives you drink coupons to use there. friendly staff. i will stay there again.

I am quite disappointed with this hotel. I would not stay there ever again. The rooms smelled of mold and I was afraid of touching the bed. The sheets didn't look clean. The restroom wasn't any better. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. It was pretty run down. I truly recommend this hotel invest in a renovation. The location is perfect! Walking distance from the hot spots on Guam..I am really saddened that the owner does not do something about it before the whole building falls apart. This is a gem that just needs to be paid attention to.

Exactly what we were looking for

The key to this place is having the right expectations. We were looking specifically for an inexpensive hotel with a good location, and that's exactly what we got. It is not a luxurious hotel, but we only wanted it as a place to keep our belongings and to sleep between adventures. The tub is a little cracked and stained, the towels are a low thread count, and there was a paint spot on our window, but the AC was powerful, the beds are comfortable enough, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and it was less than a ten-minute walk to most of our favorite restaurants.
Free wifi in the rooms would have been nice, but it is available for a fee or there is a coffee shop nearby with free wifi. Worth noting: each room has either two twin beds or one king sized bed, no full or queen sizes available. Also, each phone call made from the room costs a small amount. It is a reasonable amount, but we were not aware that we would be charged until checkout.
Overall, if you are looking for a hotel to hang out in, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place to crash between being shot into the air on the Slingshot and eating amazing food, this is a great place.
Restaurant Tip:
Only a short walk to California Pizza Kitchen (American chain gourmet pizza/pasta restaurant), Churrasco (reasonably priced Brazilian steakhouse with a great salad bar), Margarita's (awesome Mexican food), Livehouse (seafood grill with live music), and Ban Thai (excellent, authentic Thai food). The Beach Bar (not in walking distance) is a cool venue, a bar literally built on the beach. Not much food, but worth going to for a drink or three.

i always use pacific hotel because it is very useful, reasonable, and comfortable. located near the airport, cheaper than other tumon bay area and clean facility.

the hotel was in good location, rooms are big, the towels were clean but looklike old. No service transportation from hotel to the airport or vice versa. In my case I will not stay again in this hotel.
