amazing location; you get what you pay for in room

The hotel is in the premiere location on the main strip in Tumon, which is really the only selling point. The upgraded rooms are small, have no internet, and include what was about a 10" TV, but were clean and well worth the money. There were roaches, but they're in every hotel in Guam except the newer ones like the Outrigger and Hotel Nikki (or something close to that).
Restaurant Tip:
There's a coffee bistro just outside the hotel. Walk to the front of the building, turn right, and 2 buildings over you'll see a sign for a coffee bistro. The food is incredible, especially the omelets, the internet is the quickest I've ever used, and it's a great place to relax and wake up in the morning.

Well, that is all I can say from this hotel.
It is pretty cheap, but do not expect much.
I saw no roach, as seen in other comments, but that the place was not particularly clean.
I only stayed two nights, so do not know if they change the sheets very often.
I could not open the window of my room, and the smell (mainly due to the wet towels) was not good after a couple of days.
Shopping Tip:
You can take the red shuttle (many stops, takes more than 30 minutes, but serves for sightseeing) to Guam Premer Outlets. Some good deals at Ross.

i do enjoy staying at pacific bay hotel. although the beds are too small but nice stay, not much noise friendly people at front desk. i like to recommend to others to stay at pacific bay hotel.
Travel tip:
The hotel is very convinent to restaurant and shops and other entertaing spots. Nice to be there.

タモンエリア最安値のホテルですので、文句はいえませんが、シャワーがとにかくしょぼい、水量が少なく、温水になるまでに時間がかかる、先日隣の部屋の方が、喧嘩をしていてその声でおきてしまった、ただしロケーションは申し分ない
