the hotel is a bit old and creepy but the room is clean enough. The location of the hotel is quiet central, lots of cheap restaurants nearby and also walking distance to the beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
use the public/tourist bus, its quiet cheap. if your staying, buy a bus pass for 2 days or even 5 days to save a lot of money on transportation.

i always use pacific hotel because it is very useful, reasonable, and comfortable. located near the airport, cheaper than other tumon bay area and clean facility.

フライトが早朝だったので、寝るだけと思い、最終日だけ泊まりました。
初日は深夜便だったので、すぐ近くのグランドホテルに泊まったのですが、値段と部屋とを考慮すると、グランドホテルをお勧めします。
ベッドはこちらの方がいいですが、他の点においては、むしろグランドホテルの方が良かったと思います。（立地、カギ、バスルーム、部屋、セキュリチーボックス等）
空港送迎もなかったので残念でした。
受付の方は親切でした。

5回目の利用でしたが、ビーチも近く
clubも近くて過ごしやすいホテルだとおもいます！
プールもあります
そしてスタッフはみんな笑顔で優しく対応してくれました

友人(男同士)の旅行で、予算も限られていたので、宿泊費用が安いポイントを重視して、選びました。
ロケーションは比較的良かったのですが、部屋はちょっと汚いですが、男同士で泊まる分には不自由ないかと思います。
スタッフの対応については悪くはないのですが、日本語が完璧なわけではないので、込み入った相談の際は多少の英会話能力は必要かと思います。私たちの場合、部屋のシャワーが壊れて、温度調節ができなくなったハプニングがあったのですが、多少英会話ができたので、部屋を替えてもらうことができました。日本語だけだとちょっと厳しいかもしれません…

ビーチまでは少し距離あるがリーズナブルなホテル
南北に走るホテルロードの中心にあるので、なにかと便利

ビーチまで徒歩7～8分かかるので、ビーチサイドでのんびり過ごすカップルには不向きですが、徒歩での買い物やレンタカーを使っての島内観光するのが目的の旅行者には値段の安さを考えるとかなりお勧めです
グアム何度も訪問しているリピーターだと、ツインのシングルユースであの値段はありえないです
Restaurant Tip:
ホテル一階にあるシュラスコ(ブラジル料理)はお勧めです
ホテルチェックイン時にドリンクサービス券もらえました

旁有abc商店,對面有滕一番拉麵（fuji 1ban raman)

位置在旅館路中央,但距DFS（商區）有點距離.房間內有保險箱,但不附牙刷與拖鞋,房間內無煮水設備, 須至大騰取用熱水.旅館無免費wifi,wifi(大廳）與房間內有線網路都要收費, 旅館有電腦,但也要收費.房門鎖還是傳統的喇叭鎖,用傳統鎖匙開門
