other than the fact that my room started to flood and with current mold around the grout which was a sign that this had happened before.. generally it was a good stay.

Damp, wet carpet... musty smelling rooms

Staff was friendly, the lobby and common areas are adequate. I had booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. The room smelled musty, the AC was leaking onto the carpet, which had soaked it from wall to wall. The room was pretty beat up, I could see it once was a nice place, but it needs some renovation. The TV was 19" older model, not a flat screen. The cable reception was poor. The free internet was really slow. Other than location, there is not really anything good to say about the facility.

Close to Kmart, ABC shop, & Toni Romas. Complementary breakfast has a lot less selection than other 4 stars hotel

The 3 big beds are very comfortable. But it is not well maintained and shabby. I cannot say it is clean but acceptable. Small TV. You need to ask for kettle and hair dryer. Complementary breakfast has a lot less selection than other 4 stars hotel such as Fiesta.

Somewhat disappointed in the WiFi, they claimed it was available in every room, but we never were able to get a signal. We had to walk down the the hall to try to get on, but even then the signal kept cutting out. Other than the internet, it was ok. The beds weren't real comfy but we were able to get a decent nights sleep.

hotel is in a good location, but hotel interior sucked. internet service is the worse i have ever experience. i get better service in a 3rd world country. i was on a floor where rooms were empty and doors open looked trash as i walk from the elevator to my room.room has fridge but no microwave to reheat food, they give u instant coffee but no hot water maker to have ur coffee.

Great staff, were on top of things, checking in and out was very smooth. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

the hotel staff was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. they were very quick and friendly and got us checked in and up to our rooms in probably five minutes. the room was very nice. nothing was really out of place. the only gripes i've had was that one of the doors leading to the bathroom did not open at all, and that there were very visible evidence of water damage to the wood on the bottom. the housekeeping staff was very timely, which is a plus.

This hotel is awesome. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There bath rooms are huge. There are many variety of restaurants there to choice to eat from. It is in walking distance of the beach. There are many shopping store close by as well. There staff are very friendly. You are receive a lot for a cheap price.
