One of the better choices in its price range

One of the better hotels in its price category. Decent rooms. Not at beach front. Many resturant choices within the property. Not in the happening area but also not far by car or buses. Free Wifi only works in certain part of the hotel. Simply put, if you have a budget of Westin and Hyatt are much better choices but this one will not disappoint you in the category.

Somewhat disappointed in the WiFi, they claimed it was available in every room, but we never were able to get a signal. We had to walk down the the hall to try to get on, but even then the signal kept cutting out. Other than the internet, it was ok. The beds weren't real comfy but we were able to get a decent nights sleep.

This hotel is awesome. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There bath rooms are huge. There are many variety of restaurants there to choice to eat from. It is in walking distance of the beach. There are many shopping store close by as well. There staff are very friendly. You are receive a lot for a cheap price.

Awesome hotel with great rooms.
Big bathrooms with tub and shower. Beds were really comfortable and very nice.

i would say the pool needs an upgrade and there should be lights as the pool does not close until 8 pm and it is hard to see at night while swimming. front desk personnel can improve on their enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism while dealing with irate customers and times where there are a lot of customers checking in.

Generally comfortable except for the first week when we were assigned to a room with water leaking into the room and kitchen areas from the shower due to faulty structural problems with the room's construction.

For nearly 25 years I have traveled and stayed in hotels, the dumbest and worst experience took place unfortunately at The Royal Orchid when either a careless front-desk clerk or the system assigned me at 3 a.m. into a room already occupied! I walked into a sleeping guest who fortunately did not wake up to beat the sleepy life out of me! Take care next time not to jeopardize guest security please!
Parking is decent, and staff are warm people!

There is Tony Romas on the Ground floor, other restaurants on the 2nd floor, ATM is also available and bus stop infront if the Hotel.

Everything is Satisfactory great, except that for the duration of our stay
They only serve the complimentary water once.

we arrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. i was surprised to see the room given to us was a real mess. when we complained, they immediately transfered us to another room. the staff repeatedly apologized and gave us free breakfasts, which was a nice gesture. i would definitely stay here again in the future.

かなり安いプランで申込み、事前にチェックしていた書き込みを見てある程度覚悟をしていたのですが案外満足できるホテルでした。確かにホテル自体古く、部屋の中の設備の不十分さは否定できないまでも、それはそれで不具合をホテルのスタッフに伝えるとそれなりに対応してくれ4歳になる子供連れでも問題なく普通に宿泊することができコスパ的に満足できました。
Shopping Tip:
隣にABCストアーやレストランもあり、徒歩１５分くらいの所にも24時間営業しているKマートもあり買い物・食事に困らないと思います。
