Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Not really recommended
helpful hotel staff, close to Shirley a very good restaurant near by
5
we were there for 4 days and their AC was not working, I would have expected a discount but they did not provide any. We had no Ac for 4 days and there was no breakfast included in the price. For the price we paid, it was too much compared to the quality of the hotel... No AC, we saw a rat at night next to the swimming pool and overall the hotel on the outside looked nice but on the inside it looked pretty outdated with old furniture. Also the water pressure of the shower was so low that it was so hard to take a shower...The double bed is actually made of 2 twin beds an they are very uncomfortable
It was also very far from everything...Considering the taxis were very expensive and the tourist troleys travelled only until 9 pm and so there is no access to Tumon area where everything happens. Around the hotel there is nothing to do...Ovrall you can stay in a hotel in Tumon area and you will pay maybe 10-20 usd more per night...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go to the hotel next to Santa Fe and take the Lam Lam troleys that will take you to all the shopping places in Tumon and to the outlets. If you buy a 5 day pass it is 20 USD compared to 3 USD a one way trip.

A good option to stay in Guam
Very close to the airport. Excellente personnel service. 24 hours servicesto/from the airport
8.7
i consider this hotel a good option to stay in guam. the attention of their personnel is very kind and it is a good benefit to have the 24 hours service to/from the airport. another advantage is the option of parking the car, which is very much appreciated in this island.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You really need to rent a car in order to stay at this hotel and enjoy the time there. There is nothing around and no facilities for public transportation

Santa Fe Hotel Guam
Friendliness of staff, especially in the restaurant
6
This hotel is on a nice beach and out of the Tumon Bay crowds which was nice. But you really need a car because there isn't anything very close. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was just ok and a little pricey but the wait staff was excellent and very personable. The buffet breakfast wasn't much for the price either. It's an outdoor restaurant and the flies were terrible in the morning until they lit the citranella candles. Overall the hotel was ok but older and seemed expensive for what you got, but everything in Guam has gotten quite expensive.
Shopping Tip:
There is an outlet mall not too far away that the hotel runs a shuttle to. And there are several very good restaurants in that mall.

Our Getaway
This was our second visit to Sante Fe as for us the location is perfect. The small and beautifully set swimming pool against the ocean is why we love it there. Very few people on the beach which is cleaned regularly. The bar and restaurant overlook the ocean, a nice place to relax. Very nice room, with water heater and microwave, comfortable bed and nicely equipped bathroom with hairdryer. Room cleaned daily. A good bus service to all the tourist areas. Other than the front desk staff, the rest of the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
6.7
Sante Fe is an excellent place to stay if you want a quiet spot on the beach away from the main tourist areas. Water sports available on the beach. An older style hotel with a beautiful setting makes up for the hotels lack of information on anything. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I recommend a hire car to enjoy the Island, although the Islands tourist bus does stop at the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
'Shirleys' restaurant next door to the hotel is excellent. Good value meals and a good breakfast menu.
