It provides basic facilities for CPA candidates.
Located nearest to the CPA exam centre. (Walk 30 minutes to the exam centre from the hotel.) Best choice for value candidate.

This hotel needs some serious TLC. It's very run-down and outdated. The rooms smell like smoke and are dark and dreary. It feels like a scene out of an 80's horror movie. The bed was hard as a rock, and I'm pretty sure there are bed bugs. Also, be prepared to bring your luggage upstairs, as there is no elevator.
On the bright side, the location is nice- you're close to the beach and shopping. I was here on a layover so it was convenient, but I did not stay in the room a moment longer than I needed to.

It was a simple and clean hotel.

I stayed in a huge room because there were no single room available. When you look at front view of the hotel it's like a simple building. The hotel is clean, very friendly staff. If you are looking for a place to sleep with a good price value, I recommend this hotel. No fancy amenities but the important part here is the hotel is clean. This hotel is near the beach but you have to cross the highway because it is at the opposite side. There are other beaches that you can go to like down the Ypao road.
Shopping Tip:
if you love walking, you can walk from the hotel to GPO ( Guam premier outlet)about 15 minutes it depends on how fast you walk. if you want to go somewhere else there is a ticket station for the bus at GPO they will tell you what bus pass to purchase.

Could use some TLC on infrastructure
Rooms are huge and very spacious.

The room was very nice and big but could use some upgrades and fixtures on the carpets, blinds, and tv. The room had a smell due to the old carpets and possibly smoking in the room. Staff was outstanding and very professional. Hotel is near the beach, stores, and restaurants.

The hotel is near beach and there are very beautiful Vila along the beach. You could walk along the beach enjoy beautiful blue sky blue sea and golden sands and some lovely people.
And if you are lucky ， you could see beautiful rainbow .

I cannot fall asleep in two days, because the surrounding is very noisy, and the dog was keep barking outside at night. the wall is not prorfsound, and people arriving early in the morning were talking loudly outside.

Budget and Guest friendly hotel

The Hotel is fairly nice. The staff were very cordial, accomodating, friendly,caring and efficient. If you're looking for a hotel that is of value to your money , then this is what you are looking for. Not that accessible to shopping area but they are stores and restaurants nearby though.
