Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

nice hotel but a little old
6.3
it has a good location, walk few meters then you are already in dfs.room is too big for me with a toilet that has poor drainage.when you go to the terrace, excellent view.staffs are pinoy and will help you how to go to the places you want.the hotel is steep so walking back to the hotel is tiring.
Shopping Tip:
buy the 5 day pass for only $25 unlimited trip thou i just stayed for 3days so i only availed the $4/trip.shopping is nice.try the guam premier outlet, micronesia mall which is easy to go using the tumon bus or shuttle

hotel was very accomodating of early check in; free wi-fi, overall generally pleased with the stay for the $. the facilities are quite old but nonetheless clean. it didn't seem like there were too many guests here and the restaurant was also closed.

Good price but bathrooms need more fixing
Center to major islands tourist's spots

Good air conditioning system but the bathrooms need major fixing. The water doesn't go down easily and curtains have mold stains.

The hotel is just enough place for you to stay. No restaurant. The only amenity is the pool. The building is old and not well maintained nor improved .
Travel tip:
I suggest you don't make a reservation at once. See the hotel first before you check in. So that you won't be frustrated if your needs are not satisfied.

Nice hotel in a tourist area
Wide views from every room
5.7
The rooms are large, bright and well furnished. With a little extra effort, for example, fixing plumbing so the bathtubs that are there could be put to use, fixing locks on balcony door, so the guests are not in a danger of locking themselves out, a little paint here and there, but not so much that the cabinet drawers cannot be opened, and little extras, such as a snack bar, the hotel can easily earn another star. As the things stand now, 3 stars is just fine.

It was far from the beach I didn't like it much. Why is a hotel far from a beach?

Good hotel, cheap, great location. The only issue I had was in regards to using the hotel room phone, I tried to call Japan but it wouldnt allow the connection yet I still got charged for the call! I tried to explain the call wouldn't go through yet they insisted it did and I had to pay up. Wasn't too happy about that!

The room was nice with a good amount of space. The bathroom was clean and and had no issues. The only issues I had were the internet was slow, but this may have been due to our ship pulling into port with 5000+ people, and the beds were not very soft.
Travel tip:
Get a dedicated cab driver. It helps when getting around especially at night.

Location is very good but a bit old facilities
location location location...and price
7.3
Arrived 5am and requested for early check in but no rooms were available (my fault for not reserving the night before). But due to the location, a short stroll and you're at the heart of Tumon Bay. Duty Free Galleria is in front so all the shopping is a stone's throw away. Restaurants and bars are just down the road as well. Public entrance to the beach is right at the road of the hotel too. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. The view is spectacular. All rooms face the ocean and are all presented with unobstructed view of Tumon Bay (Guam's tourist destination). The rooms are however very dated. The toilet and drains are a bit clogged up. I had to take a shower in slippers because the water collects in the tub and its kinda gross. The lobby alone has three sofas that smell like dried up perspiration and the toilets at the lobby...oh God. Cute little flat screen LCD tv (19" I believe) and the aircon is super strong (you can cool the room in a few minutes). If they have a few renovations along the way this hotel has everything up its sleeve to prosper.
Travel tip:
McDonalds and Fridays are just in front. Don't use the public toilet at the lobby if you don't want to smell like pee.
