Location and room size are good.

Location of the hotel is good. The price is reasonable. The upkeep of the hotel need improvement. Cleanness is average. There is a restaurant in the lobby, however, it was not open for business. Was told that the person did not show up to work. Roon is spacious. They bath gel instead of soap. when I asked for soap, was told that it is not available. Overall, for < per nite, I guess it is fine. Some improvement would be nice.
Shopping Tip:
Shops are within walking distance. Very convenience.

Nice hotel for the price with a great view

This hotel is a little old and the staff is only moderately helpful (when they have to be), but every room has a view of Tumon and the bay and it is close to the center of tourist activity.
So, expect a hotel commensurate with the price you pay (nothing special, nothing extra) and you shouldn’t be disappointed.

Close to everything, ten minutes from the airport.

this hotel is very well located on the hotels road. the location is only a street away form the busy strip and central to anywhere you would like to go. dfs and other shops very close by. hotel has no food offer but outside you can find anything close by. mcdonalds is only stone throw away along with other ooptions. all rooms have balconies and overlooks the bay with open distant views. rooms are generally clean except the hair being present all around the room. good price, good location for a few day stay. rooms are also pretty good sized.
Travel tip:
DFS is very close by for Duty Free Shopping.

A good budget hotel if you are interested in going to the water park which is right next to the hotel or spending time shopping. For people with kids, the Mcdonalds and other eateries are a short walk from the hotel. The room is clean and sunny with a balcony overlooking the bay. The in-room fridge is bigger than the standard minibar fridge

Cheap and good location

I was so disappointed with the hotel. It's a very old hotel. The room smelled like paint, the bathroom was dirty, the shower knobs were all tarnished. I'm thankful though that the hotel management allowed me to cancel and refund the remaining 3 nights of my original 4-night booking, as arranged by Agoda.

Great view of Tumon Bay

this hotel is old, not very clean and poorly maintained. the staff is practically non-existent and when you can find someone they are anything but helpful. the pool is closed most of the time, apparently, because they are too lazy to maintain it. the restaurant is closed, as well (probably a good thing).
one more thing….they rent space a dive shop and, if you don’t have an alarm, they will wake you at 0600, guaranteed, when they start throwing air bottles around.
the best i can say is the view of tumon bay is great (all rooms face the bay) and it is a short walk to activities there.
just keep in mind there is a reason it is cheap…… you don’t get what you don’t pay for.

near all the restaurants and shopping. close enough to everything in the tumon district and to the beach. it had a good view of the ocean rooms clean but older style and older furniture. the bathroom was spacious as well. i had more then enough closet space for all my stuff. employees helpful and pleasant. free wi-fi available

only good thing I can say about this hotel is that i has a great view (all rooms face the bay) and the location close in the heart of Tumon Bay.
The staff is virtually non-existent and when you can find them they anything but helpful.
The hotel is old and not well maintained and the pool was “closed” most of the time and the restaurant is closed all the time.
You don’t need an alarm clock to wake early because the dive shop that rents space from the hotel starts loading air bottles about 0600 every morning.
Overall the price, the view and the proximity to the action makes this place is tolerable.

Close to nightlif, dining and the beach

i was very happy with this hotel. first of all the staff members were very helpful with my inquiries they are doing a great job and was very eager to help with directions to the guam premium outlet and also restaurants. one of the down sides is that the bed sheets seems to be quite dirty as i can find several coffee stain marks on my bed, some dried up yellowish liquid were also on the sheets.
