Large rooms, the hotel is near a convenient store and you have a bar restaurat in the ground floor

The hotel is clean and the rooms are large, with a bar and reataurant down. Free wifi. Good for business trip, convenient but not a great place for romantic stay

the hotel is old and dose not look too good . but the room are very clean and the staff are very helpfull. the location is very close to the beach and shopping district. it is just up the hill from the main road. good parking and easy to find location/. i will stay there again.
Shopping Tip:
there is much shoping to do in guam. at this hotel you will be right in the middle of the action. there are high end and discount stores all up and down the beach. dont forget about the kmart store you ca get all kinds of discount items and things there.

this was the first time staying at this hotel. at first look it looks like a old hotel and i thought i was going to have to check out and move. but once inside room it is clean and everything was in working order. i will stay here again
Restaurant Tip:
there are many restuants to eat at heere in tumon bay. one of the best is the out back restuarnt located on the main road. they have steaks and other food here that is wonderfull. my family love it and we go here evry time we are here

No restaurant yet at this time. It would of be better to have a restaurant so customers don't have to drive off to look for food other places.

Just near tourist shops, restaurants, massage shops, beach, bars, and other entertaining shops...

this hotel is very well located on the hotels road. the location is only a street away form the busy strip and central to anywhere you would like to go. dfs and other shops very close by. hotel has no food offer but outside you can find anything close by. mcdonalds is only stone throw away along with other ooptions. all rooms have balconies and overlooks the bay with open distant views. rooms are generally clean except the hair being present all around the room. good price, good location for a few day stay. rooms are also pretty good sized.
Travel tip:
DFS is very close by for Duty Free Shopping.

I enjoyed my staying at Tumon Bay Capital Hotel. Close to my meeting venue. A place where you get value for your money. Nice and clean but most of all I felt safe and it was like I was home.
