Law K. Groups Hong Kong, July 08, 2012	far from the main town Can enjoy fun with living together with friends 8.3 Good service as the staff are helpful and answer your question promptly. The apartment is clean and tidy. Good to live inside as it is comfortable. However, you may need to rent a car. It is exhausted to walk from apartment to the nearest Bus stop, it takes about 15-20 mins. The wifi can be used by two users only.

Families with older children South Korea, January 25, 2013	편안한 복층형 콘도 넓어요 8 지은지가 2년정도 되어서 주위에서 위치를 잘모른다고 하네요 위치설명는 피아마린으로 가시자고해서 직진으로 150m 정도 직진하시면 됩니다 먼저 체크인하시고 들어가면 한25평정도되는 곳에 거실 화장실 8인용식탁 부엌 세탁실(세탁기와 건조기)이 있습니다 분위기는 현대식이고요 와이파이도 빠른편 입니다 어른4에 아이3면 이렇게 갔는데 아이들 노트북 와이파이로 잘놀았습니다 2층은 침실3개 화장실2개 화장실은 큰방침실에 1개 침실밖에 1개 모두2개 있습니다 렌트카는 필히 하셔야 하구요 수영장은 아이들이 잠깐놀기에 적합 생각보다 무지작아요 바다가 보이지는 않고요 하여튼 가족여행을 계획하시는분 아이포함 4명까지는 괌 호텔에 묵으시고요 어른포함 두가족이상이어도 불편이 없을듯 하네요

Families with older children South Korea, January 01, 2013	대가족이 이용하기에 좋은 호텔 복층으로 이루어진 3개의 방에 1개의 킹사이즈침대와 2개의 더블침대가 있어서 여러명이 숙박하기에 좋음 7 이호텔의 장점은 보안이 잘 이루어진 일반인이 거주하는 레지던스(콘도)형 숙박시설로 1층에는 거실, 8인용식탁, 그리고 넓은주방, 세탁실(2개의 드럼세탁기), 화장실을 보유하고 있고 2층에는 3개의 객실(1방은 킹사이즈침대, 2개의 방에는 각각 부부용더블침대)과 2개의 욕실이 있어서 일반 복층으로 이루어진 아파트로 보면됩니다. )1층에서 2층으로 내부에서 올라가는 계단이 나름 매력이 있었습니다. 그리고 조그마하지만 실외수영장이 있어서 아이들이 잠깐 놀기에도 좋았습니다. 단지 콘도형이다보니 욕실 청소상태가 약간 그랬고 욕실에는 베뜨타올만 총 6장이 있었으며 헤어드라이기, 비누, 샴푸등은 모두 개인이 준비해야했습니다. 또한 야간에는 상주직원이 없는지 제가 오전 11시정도에 갔는데 오후 2시부터 체크인이라고 해서 일단 짐만 보관할려고했는데 오후 5시까지 오기를 요청해서 그시간에 다시 돌아오기에는 남부투어일정때문에 못한다고하니 미리 체크인을 해주고 짐은 나중에 객실에 넣어주었는데 객실키가 2번 완전히 돌리는 구조가 우리나라하고 달랐습니다. 또한 보안이 잘 되어진 숙소이다보니 체크인후 리모트컨트롤키를 주어서 출입이 가능하다보니 처음에 숙소단지 안쪽에 오피스가 있다보니 들어가는데 약간 어려움이 있었습니다. 괌날씨 특성상 걷기가 어려운곳이여서 여기는 택시나 렌트카 외에는 교통이 다소 불편합니다. 참고로 저는 렌트카를 했습니다.. 렌트카가 있고 조금 오래 투숙하고 여러명이 같이 이용하면 좋은 숙박시설입니다.
