When on a budget the important thing is cleanliness and security, but not necessarily luxury. This hotel was really well situated, and the rooms were ok despite being basic. However, security was poor (i couldn't lock the door so had to push the bed up against it), and there were cockroaches. Also, great if you party a lot until the wee hours, but don't expect to get any sleep if you like turning in early. 24 hr reception but staff not very helpful or friendly.
