Business travelers Canada, February 20, 2013	Friendly service, decent hotel Location, service 8.7 we booked rooms that said they included wifi (we were there for work) but when we got their our rooms were in a part of the hotel with no internet service. reception juggled some things around and placed us in other rooms within 30 minutes of our complaint which was amazing. the hotel itself is nice, not over the top. there are some really great bars/restaurants a short walk north in citroen bay, live music and french food, among other things.
