Had no issues staying here, read some other reviews before I left but really enjoyed my stay here, staff were really friendly, rooms are massive and clean, pool is amazing, but there's a definite loss not having a pool bar or pool service which would be my only call out.
Didn't eat at the hotel as its very expensive and the hotel is surrounded by fantastic chafes and its only a 15 min walk or a 5 min bus to bay of citrons where's there's a plenty of bars nd restaurants and clubs.
Stayed on the 6th floor with amazing views of the sea
Would defiantly go back, great experience..jet ski hire close would be good.

I still enjoy going to this hotel. But they need to improve their services provided. Indeed, during this stay, the chambermaid entered my room on purpose despite the fact i applied outside on the room door the sticker "do not disturb".
It is not acceptable for such a hotel to pass over this indication. I was disappointed to see this occuring.
Things could have been stolen inside my room. Hope they understood my disagreement about this way to proceed.

this hotel is always pleasant to stay in. two beds in the room (one twin bed and one single bed) and they are comfortable.
the bathroom is big that is a good point. the hotel is well located just in front of the anse vata bay and close to the pub "la bodegua". we are not affected by the noise as the isolation of the room is correct.
