Kuan S. Groups Malaysia, May 16, 2013	clean, comfortable, convenient comfortable beds, cleanliness and central location 7.7 Overall, the stay was good with comfortable & clean room. However, the reception made a mistake when the tour that we booked came to pick us up in the morning (reception told them that we will only be checking-in in 4 days time!) causing the tour bus to leave without us! Luckily, the hotel is near to Intercity bus terminal & we could walk there in time for the coach tour. But we were not pleased with the receptionist as he was not at all apologetic nor did he offer to call the tour company for us.
