Simple and neat stay at budget and great location

I just want a simple place to stay for a few days for a race. The apartment is at the perfect location to Viaduct expo for the event,, queen street for grocery and souvenir shopping.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The apartment is equipped with kitchen and washer dryer. Read the stay manual and instruction carefully before you start the stay.

Great Location to expore Auckland

We stayed for six nights in this very well equipped studio which was not flashy but very servicable and reasonably priced. It was a little difficult to find as even the bus drivers had not heard of the street name but actually was very central- just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminals, night life, sights and shopping. Restaurant eating is very expensive in New Zealnd but with a good grocery store just a few blocks away we felt the room paid for itself each day. After a long trip, it was great to have the convenience of our own kitchen and laundry facilities. Our one concern was that it was not serviced the entire week so was very much in need of claening by the time we left. would definitely stay there agian.

Travel tip:
is on a very steep hill so need to take into account as it is within walking distance of city but is a steep climb back

full kitchen with small bar fridge, tv with some cable channels, very nice try not get put next to elevator very noisy.
Travel tip:
long hill to walk up to get to hotel, check in closes at 8pm very close main street, one issue i found, if u want help from anyone, ask twice different people, dont assume they know what there doing.

The location of this apartment is quite good. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. The plates and pans were quite dirty in our apartment though.

hotel was great close to harbour, city, shops, long hill to walk up and try not get room next to lift. apart from that all good.
Restaurant Tip:
down the hill u will find queen street, turn left there is a small istambul kebab place, dont get seafood basket from there, very slow service, as well

Cheap Service Apartment with great location
very good location. We could walk to the Viaduct, shops and restaurants. It has full kitchen and a washing machine which was quite convenient for us.

We stayed there at the end of our trip. The full kitchen and washing machine was really useful for us. We stayed there three nights but no room service at all. If you do not mind that, it is not a bad choice.

Easy check in and out, the apartment was fully furnished. The washer was unbalanced, and would not dry, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise fulfilled all our needs!

Clean hotel in a central location

When first entering the building is seems a bit basic with all the concrete and pipes visible from the entrance area. However the rooms themselves are very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The location is good and within 5 min walking distance from the city center

The room is perfect with all facilities for a family is provided. However there is no parking available and it is not mentioned during booking (in my case). It is very expensive to pay for parking and it is hard to find one. The internet service also not free.
