Great hotel but location hard to find.
Beautiful room with great setup.

room was very nice. staff were very helpful. wish windows were more sound proof, was woken up at 5:30am by rubbish trucks.

Good location and well maintained apartments.

Good location but can be noisy during peak season as there are a couple of YHA and Backpackers nearby.
Shopping Tip:
Very nearby to Queen St and Karagahape St where all the action is day and night. Not advisable to walk the dodgy sidelanes alone too late at night. Just use Turner St to get to Queen St where it's busy at most times.

Also provided breakfast (muffin and a fruit)
All facilities for cooking available... washing machine and dryer..
Spacious with a balcony
Be aware you need to pay for own parking at discounted price..

These serviced apartments are well maintained, excellent central location, and great to have laundry facilities. Safe and secure and car parking available at a reasonable cost. Will stay here again.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to Civic Theatre, so excellent place to stay if seeing a show here.

Aesy walk to central city with every amanity of home. Simple satifying breakfast. Best Value for money.

this apartment complex is very convenient for central auckland, public transport, dining and entertainment all within easy walking distance. service was provided with a smile although servicing the apartment was done very late in the day (about 5 o'clock) which is not always convenient.

First, thanks to Ankit and Neel for all their help during my stay but in general standards of customer service needs improving in some areas...
"The good...
Location is great really close to the main street (Queen's street)that runs through the city centre
Parking underneath (limited spaces)can be had for 20 dollars per day
Great appliances in the flat- all quite new... washer and dryer,
dishwasher, oven microwave..
THEY SHOULD REALLY SPECIFY that "breakfast" is a continental one not a buffet or a cooked one BUT this is good value anyway
(fantastic rolls, butter, yoghurt, juice drink, oat snack bar and bananas given daily)
"The Bad...."
The TV is the worst appliance in the place; it's the size of a desktop computer screen and not a huge range of channels cf TV guide left in the room-lots of channels with just static though
The LAN Internet was really poor all 6 days of my stay including the last day/night when they were supposedly switching to a wireless set up which still didn't work properly. The 1 hour per day was therefore almost useless (23 mins to buffer and view 1 song from You-tube). The
management knew there was a problem with it on my arrival and said
nothing
"The Ugly..."
a)5.30pm -and more than once room service still not done (a 5
min change towels, empty bins give breakfast job)
b) I asked politely once at 9am if room service could be done by 3pm as I was coming back to sleep. Fine I was told - but when I got back at 3 it wasn't done
When I questioned the madness of a) and b)the receptionist,
room cleaning guy and by the head of housekeeping in response said....
"Well we clean all the rooms of people who have checked put first and only when that's done will we be coming to you"
Yes- 3 people attempted to give me this 'rationale' a rather ugly way to tell a customer that he/she is a lower priority on the cleaning ladder than guests who haven't even arrived
