love the environment and weather. very good hotel and spacious for fsamily with young children to stay as the hotel got two rooms apartment. and can cook and wash no need for laundry service. very convenient.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
easy access to devonport, harbour, queen street and university of auckland, museum etc.

this does not feel like a four star service apartment. More like 3.5 The place is not new but definitely not run down. A lot of foreign students stay here as there are so many English language schools in the area.
they only offer 200MB internet access which can be used up easily if you Skype or watch an online video.

Tons of Korean restaurants up the road catering for students in the area

Very convenient stay for our family of five. Apartment was clean, tidy and bed made and towel changed daily. Breakfast delivered daily too. Very close to city, handy for food & entertainment. Would recommend it for family.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Angie's Kitchen on Mt Street only 10 mins walk away. Delicious Malaysian food.

Had a lovely overnight stay with a young family. Unfortunately the extra bed we asked for wasny made up and we had to ask for it several times - but it did appear eventually. WOuld certainly stay here again.

Great location, close to Auckland CBD
Two separate bedrooms for people who prefer not sharing. Good sized family suites.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom executive suite, its a great size for small groups travelling. The hotel is conveniently located, clean, with friendly staff, great amenities in the room especially if you've undertaken outdoor activities, you can do your own laundry. The rooms away from the main road are quieter, good if you have young children. Plenty of eateries and restaurants to choose from once you get onto the main Queen St. The Countdown Supermarket is nearby, cafes, money foreign exchange outlets, gelato and frozen yogurt places. I have stayed here thrice in the last two visits to Auckland. No complains, highly recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Auckland CBD, which is a downhill walk. Closely there is the IMAX Theatre and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It is also walking distance to the Inter City bus terminal which is the central point for travels outside of Auckland. The hotel also has plenty of tourism info which you can read in the comfort of your room. It is a tremendous value for money serviced apartment. I highly recommend it.

We didnt feel safe about leaving our luggage with reception as our stuff was placed in an room that is unattended with other peoples gear, very easy for someone to take some one else gear.
Cleaning of the units weren't the best, none of the shampoo etc was topped up, attention to detail was very lacking.
Cleaning of kitchen gear was very average and stains in the carpet were unappealing.

We stayed three nights. Nice flat but the cleanliness was not satisfactory. The breakfast included in the price was a joke. Great location, though, close to K-Rd.
