the hotel is located in quite back street, just of queen street, the hotel has excllent service and ammenties, good views of the city if you have a room facing the street. security however can be at times annoying and unhelpful if you have more than 2-3 guests.

Good place to stay in central Auckland
Very comfortable, clean, well serviced, close to restaurants.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Checkin was allowed a little early which was great. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Room service was thorough. The apartments are really well appointed and spacious with great facilities.
Privacy was excellent although the breakfast arrived and luckily I had the security chain on the door as the person knocked but unlocked the door and proceeded to enter and I was naked.
The free breakfast itself was adequate and well presented.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurants in K Road nearby are fantastic especially Hanoi Kitchen Vietnamese

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel is but a short walk from the top end of Queen Street, and is handy to a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Breakfast is provided, in your room, consisting of a muffin, juice, a banana and muesli bar, as well as tea and coffee. Not exactly what I would eat for breakfast though.
The room was comfortable and clean, although the heat pump did not produce any heat but there were a couple of other heaters in the room which I utilised. Good to have a washing machine and dryer in the room.

very nice apartment i got a free upgrade the apartment had 2 bedrooms & 2 lcd teles .got up in the morning and enjoyed my free breakfast.
