Hotel was good but lacking service

Hotel was good, but this was let down by poor service at concierge. (male staff with an assistant manager badge). The checkout was horrible, longest time to check out as they had a check-in for a cruise. Need to separate lane as a recommendation for future reference. Took us around 45 minutes to check out.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is close to shopping areas and business district.

as we were in auckland for 2 only days we decided to stay in a nice centrally locatel hotel. the crowne plaza was a wise choice as it's located just around the corner from the sky tower and main street.
hotel receptionist was lovely and helped us a lot with our luggage (as one of our bags was missing and was delivered at the hotel the following morning)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Wifi at the hotel is rather expensive. Don't bother in paying for it as you have free wifi access in the street.

立地の良さ、ベッドが広い、充実した施設、親切な日本人スタッフ

*夫婦と幼児2人で宿泊。他ホテルで6歳児はエキストラベッド（有料）必須だと言われたが、ここではツインはクイーンサイズベッド×2なのでエキストラベッドを入れなくても構わないという対応。タオルやスリッパは3人分用意された。
*ラグジュアリーからはほど遠いが、部屋は広く清潔で、コインランドリーやコンビニなど便利な館内施設も充実しているのは幼い子供連れには有難かった。
*シャワーは固定式。給湯量はまずまず。
*フロントに日本人スタッフがおり、観光アレンジなど親身に相談に乗ってくれる。
*朝食はブッフェスタイルで、品数はそれほど豊富ではないが必要なものはひと通り揃っていて悪くない。
*宿泊した部屋からスカイツリーのバンジージャンプが見えて子供たちが大喜び、新年には花火も間近に見られた。
*周辺にはローカルフードから和食まで各種レストランが多数、コンビニや夜10時まで開いているスーパーも近い。
*空港からAirbus Expressで3駅目（クイーンst.）下車、徒歩約3分。ホテルに依頼すると$70で空港までタクシーを手配してくれる。
*このクラスのホテルとしては十分な設備が整っており、料金からみて非常に満足度が高くコスパの良いホテル。気軽に使えるので元気な子供連れのファミリーにお勧めしたい。
