Perfect location, within walking distance to several points of interests in Auckland.
Continental breakfast was not included in accommodation cost.
Friendly staff, concierge staff very helpful in giving directions and providing maps, tour info. Will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend tot friends and family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get a hold of concierge for maps and planning of trips.

Good position; Next to shopping centre, car park and numerous restaurants.
Good location in the middle of town; parking is just next door. Plenty of shops in the lower 3 levels. A lot of Japanese restaurants and a really nice Chinese restaurant behind the hotel. The main shopping street is just 5 minutes walk away. The room was clean. Internet connection was easy and there were enough power points for all the connections.

The services on the 27th and 28th floor was great. It was more than what we expected from a 4 star hotel
The Lobby was not very impressive.
Stayed in Crowne Plaza Hotel for tow nights and found the amenities of the 27th and 28th floor to be very superior - more than what we expected for the price we paid. They serve very good buffet breakfast although it mentioned continental breakfast, what we got was more than that plus the very good coffee they served. I was also able to entertain my two guest on the 28th floor during happy hour and they were also very much impressed. The rooms on the 27 and 28th were better than the rooms at Sky City Grand - a five star hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Take advantage of the free happy hour on the 28th floor
