We booked this hotel purely for its location.

We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman on the reception desk who was more than helpful in advising us on public travel in the vacinity. However the room was very small and the bathroom was very basic.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
100 metres from train station which cost only $3.40 to go into Auckland city. 300 metres from grocery shop, Macdonalds.
