The stay was very good. Polite staff.
Location was inportant. Getting a vehicle park at the front door,as I have a walking problem. Comfortable room with all that one would need.

The stay was fine however the booking was not. You have so many promotions with different organizations. I called the hotel and is was $20 dearer than online as well not offering a free breakfast for 2. Also one of the sites i believe broke NZ law by giving you a price then when you went to pay added taxes and fees that increases the bill again by over $20. The comer's commission and I think fair go would love to here about this. Got room for $109 of the net hotel offer $139 and another offer $139 + $20 fees etc and breakfast rot 2 when you go to pay. Very poor

I originally ordered a rise and shine package room but was on a low floor next to the busiest main road so upgraded to a higher room and was wonderful even though I had to pay more.

Great location but small room
Good location to shopping center

We stay at the hotel for two nights, it's easy to go everywhere if you have rent a car, the shopping center is close and also the suppermarket, you can buy food easy and have lot of restuarant close to the hotel. Even thought the City Tower is just a few minutes walk!
Shopping Tip:
You can go to the shopping center and the pier easily. You can go to many restuarant close, suppermarket and the City Tower is just few minutes walk!
