Our first stay at Heretage Auckland CBD - would highly recommend to others. Great location, lovely spacious rooms, comfy beds and the excellent service from all staff.
Have stayed at many of the Auckland CBD 4 - 5 star hotels in in the past with my husband but would have to say that the breakfast buffet was by far one of the best we have had and great selection.
Will definitely be back to stay!
Shopping Tip:
Close handly to great Auckland CBD shopping and restaurants.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff we dealt with were friendly.
On the down side:
1. milk in the fridge had turned to yoghurt
2. needed to ask for a second bathrobe
3. dvd didn't work and maintenance guy didn't show up on Monday as promised

The staff were accommodating and efficient. When I requested to be moved to an outside room with views, they efficiently worked out a different room, ungraded my room, and moved me within half an hour of the request.

The hotel was clean, as usual for the Heritage. Staff were friendly and helpful. When I requested a room with views they were obliging and the change was almost immediate - done with a smile.

the rooms are luxurious with a view.nice bathroom with separate bath and shower, lots of room to move.one of the better hotels we have stayed in regards the standard of room. all the staff were so helpfull and obliging, they couldnt do enough to make sure we were ok and was there anything else they could do for us.

The hotel staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful.
I particularly enjoyed the Vegan menu in the dining room as often a restaurant might only have one or two Vegan options and here I had a whole menu !!!!
The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the waterfront and our suite on the 12th floor had an amazing view of the whole harbour.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for a harbour view room. well worth a few extra dollars.

We arrived earlier than anticipated and the staff were very welcoming. We were able to store our luggage assisted by another friendly and helpful young man. Went for walk downtown just a short stroll from the hotel. Close-by were shops, restaurants,cafes, hotels and skycity casino. We did not have a vehicle so the bus stops across the street proved to be useful. The rooms were adequate for two of us and the bathroom was spacious. We would return to the Heritage if the cost that we encountered was repeated.
