Fabulous location and great rooms

We would definitely return to this hotel. Their Restaurant called Fish is first class and food was wonderful.
Overall this hotel was a fabulous experience.
Travel tip:
Book any intended Ferry trips online - good saving to be had by doing so.

A wonderful experience

A very "CHIC" hotel at the end of Auckland's new Viaduct precinct and close to many of Auckland's best dining spots. We were made very welcome by the concierge who very promptly ensured that we did not have to lift a finger as our many pieces of luggage were taken care of. The facilities of the hotel were excellent and complimented by amazing views of the harbour.
Restaurant Tip:
Make sure you visit the Botswana Butchery (Just a 5 minute stroll away) for a fabulous bar and dining experience.

Very pleased with the whole experience, the staff were lovely to deal with, the views were amazing, and I was so pleased to be able to walk everywhere I needed to go.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to the Art Gallery or Auckland Museum, also Parnell Shops are great for lunch and shopping.

we really enjoyed our stay the hilton the service was great throughout all hotel staff. absolute value for money the room was so comfortable the bed absolute dream valet parking you are treated with the upmost respectby all hotel staff great location the food was absolutely top notch.

Try to upgrade to a corner room. The views are really great of the Harbor. The location is perfect - walking distance to the must see best parts of Auckland. The hotel is right next to the area with the most restaurants and nightclubs, walking distance to what passes for trendy shopping in New Zealand. There is no lobby to speak of, the business center ( a desk in the minute lobby with three laptops) has no privacy and the printers were not working - but hey - you are most likely not there to work or hang out in the lobby any way!

Do the America's Cup boat trip - awesome!

We made the bookings with misunderstanding, when we check in, it like a mess ,fortunately,the manager is very efficient and very helpfull, he sort all the things for us, he made us have a great day,and a very happy Christmas time, we stay one night only for we have book the cruise that depart on 29Dec. from Auckland to Sydney.We do enjoy this hoiliday
