A very good stay only spoilt by the fact that we left something of great sentimental value in our room and the staff were unable to locate it for us despite us reporting it the same day. Hence we had to leave NZ without it.

This was a great place to stay the night before we flew out. We had an early morning flight so something close to the airport was a must for us. We had room service and the food came quick and was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

When I was booking the hotel I was specific that I needed a fitness centre at the hotel which was there at the holiday inn but unfortunately most of the equipments were old and was not in working condition, the treadmill was the kind that people use in their home not at a fitness centre, it was not a fitness centre it was basically a big joke, and on agoda's website it said that they have a sauna , which was not there at all I asked at the reception and they said that they do not have a sauna at all, I took this hotel for the fitness centre if I knew it was so pathetic I would have taken some other hotels available in the area at half the price of this one, sad experience
Travel tip:
If you want to visit Auckland it's better to stay at the CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT some where around queens street, is a happening place

due to the next day need to go the airport very early . so i chosed this hotel .. they is the bus service every 30 minutes
you need to pay only $5.00 per trip . if you take taxi .. minimum cost is $25 ..
the internet service only 20 minutes is foc .. same as other
hotel in auckland .. i can't send out my e-mail .. but i can
send my e-mial from my customer wifi.. can't understand why ??
