Quiet area, newly renovated

Service at the reception was slow, only one staff was on duty most of the time

This hotel is not located in the centre of the town. It is a bit far to walk and a bit too near to take a cab! To walk to town, you have to go thru hilly roads and its is quite difficult after your meals. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean

Restaurant Tip : A cafe that serves breakfast in a building called Lumley. Just behind the hotel. Execellent sandwiches and coffee

A lot of charm and great views over the harbour and sunset.Excellent for Tourism and close to old "intramuros" city.Not very well located for business but as centers are multiplying (Makati,Pasay,Edsa)no hotel is especially convenient if one as to go to many different places.

Far from business districts.Excellent for holidays. The limousine-car service is expensive with poor service.

I am a repeat -but not exclusive- customer since more than 20 years .The Manila hotel is GRAND.The rooms are comfortable.The view on harbour nice.A good pool.An excellent breakfast buffet in a coffee shop that is lively and nice.Outstanding dinner at the "Champagne Room" ,no match for atmosphere and food in my opinion for all the new pretending "trendy" restaurants in Gloriettas.Overall and contrary to some statements,I think it kept its standing and is still one in its kind.

Hotel Feature Tip : Easy to use taxis that drop customers at the front : never much to wait.

Rooms clean and tidy, good atmosphere

rooms were a little old and bathroom in need of redecorating

The rooms were clean and tidy, good atmosphere, however the rooms were also a little old and the bathroom was in need of redecorating. The hotel was ideally placed for our business trip. The reception staff were friendly, however did not seem to know entirely what they were doing. Also the bellboy looked to be in a permanent state of confusion and I was very relievd when my bag turned up at my room! Overall a very pleasant stay
