Small clean rooms well located for our purposes

Small room/bathroom but we were hardly there so not a problem. Helpful staff, clean rooms and free parking (although very tight parks on first in basis - extra parking available in gate 3 of racecourse but quite a hike dragging bags). Be aware that the street address of Greenlane East does not actually give you access to the entry, you need to drive around the back via Ascot Ave otherwise you can easily find yourself back on the motorway in error. All in all this was good value for money when you just want a place to sleep.
