good location, easy access to public transport. room size is ok, front desk is friendly. check in process smooth and no need to wait long. staff willing to provide help when ask for. clean room room and toilet.limited tv channel but not much time to watch tv anyway. easy to go around. suitable for a short business trip stay over.

Close to all amenities, and very clean.

I didn't think it was worth the price they were charging and the bathroom had a step that I tripped over whenever I came out of it. Very dangerous. There was a bit of a hill to climb before getting there. But it was very central.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is very close all the shops and cafes and the harbour.

Close to everything so no car needed!

Awesome location, right on Queen St (just off on corner), few minutes walk to the Viaduct, 5 minute taxi ride to Vector Arena, bus stop 30 seconds away (easy to get to and from airport $26 return adult trip and bus drops you off so close to hotel). Small room and quite noisy at night as there are pubs downstairs but wasn't a problem for us as we had ear plugs, so come prepared. If you want a cheap hotel in a central location that's clean, secure and tidy then this is it. It's no frills but comfortable enough if you're travelling on a budget.

Unfriendly local staff and rooms without decent windows. Impossible to open your luggage to repack, because room is tiny
