Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

nice hotel with a lovely crew and wonderful view
Fantastic view at the upper floor

Its a nice hotel with a cool interior design, the crew are so helpful and friendly.
Actually its better to stay at the upper floor to prevent the noise from the pub nearby.
More a wonderful sea view they have in case you stay on the upper floor. Also a simple kitchen
is provided in each room, microwave , teabag and sink, they are just simple and nice.

Great Locations, but services lacking
6.3
room size not such an issue, but the fridge was not working, one of the lifts was not working and the one that was only fits 6 people and you could wait up to 20mins to get up or down.
great staff.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the fire stairs... but make sure the door to your level is ajar as you cannot enter from the stair side.

Great location but small rooms.
Very central. Don't need a car.
8.3
rooms small but had kichtenette, tv and bathroom with toilet as well. the sort of room you would find in asia. very functional for sleeping and sight seeing during the day. people at the desk very helpful. whilst we were there they were having trouble with the 2 lifts as the hotel has 18 floors this could be a problem. front desk prompt in trying to solve the problem and offered complimentry drinks. would recommend for budget accommodation and would stay there again.
Restaurant Tip:
Great Thai restuarant nearby called the Green Grashopper.

Beds, were a little uncomfortable, and was a bit noisy but it is in the city centre. It does get hot, but leaving the balcony open made it okay. Utensils available on request and elevators were fine.
Overall satisfied, but mini fridge was cracked at the bottom, and walls are thin. Thought someone slammed our doors at night but it was someone else on the same floor closing their door. Size is small but you get what you pay for. Parking is bad. Parking deal with hotel is $12 a night, but we parked a far off and it was a lot cheaper cause it charged from Monday (we stayed Sunday and Sunday was free) do we paid only $4 for 4hrs till we checked out (8:00am-12pm)

Small tidy rooms, parking is a pain.
6.7
elevators were broken, and the fire doors could only open one way.
parking is at the wilson parking in a different street, not the one across the road.
checkin was easy enough and didn't have much trouble with the room, except that it didn't have a duvet, just a little blanket.

Good location but very small rooms
7.3
good location, next to queen street with supermarket nearby. close to the airbus station at queen street.
room is very small with a small windows and balcony to get freash air.
recommand bringing your own bathing kits. you can borrow hair dryer if need.
the wardrobe is very high that i cannot reach the clothes hook.
just for a sleep. don't expect too many facilities.

nice service
good location, right in centre of city
7.3
the room was nice.
small but had all the things a solo traveller needs (even though this was a room for two)
the worst thing was only one elevator working which meant a LONG wait to get up to my floor...or a tiring walk up about 20 flights of stairs.
