Very close to the airport ,ideal fo early flight.

Travel tip:
The hotel has a discount rate for taxi to the city center,the hop on hop off tour bus picks and drops passengers , concierge can call the bus before 9AM for you, (NZ) for 24hours.

Good for an airport stop-over

Stayed one night after arriving after midnight then moved to a CBD hotel the following morning. Very nice modern rooms, clean and none of that "transit" feel one can get with airport hotels. Downside was internet access - the "free" wi-fi was a enter-the-code-you-are-given two hour sample that had expired by the morning check-out.
Why hotels in Australia and NZ continue to insult us by treating wi-fi like something special that belongs on the top-shelf of the mini-bar or think I will thank them for only giving me "free wi-fi" in the foyer at 2am is beyond me ... great business model these drones all follow ... rant over..
Transfer from airport was quick and helpful but check-in staff greeted me with a "don't you know what time it is" attitude.
Check-out was polite and helpful ... so mixed reviews on the staff.
I'd be happy to stay here again if in transit through Auckland.

i flew in to auckland late at night and my airline had lost my luggage. i was treated very well by the staff at jetpark and it made my overnight stay very enjoyable despite my difficult time. while this hotel may not be the best value for money close to auckland airport, the room was fine and everything went smoothly.

the hotel was 10 minutes from auckland airport and the shuttle bus arrived at the airport within 10 minutes of ordering it.the hotel staff were very welcoming and reception proved very efficient.the room was not over big but was comfortable and spotless,and was adequate for our needs.the public rooms were very pleasant complete with free wi-fi in the lobby and the lounge bar.there was a good choice at breakfast and all the staff were very helpful.overall the hotel was great value for money!

Practical choice of overnight stay around airport
All bedding, toilets and other amenties were great and clean when we think about the price.

It was great stay as we expected, as value for money hotel.
I just hope that Wi-fi is free for all guests because hotels around airport usually don't have nothing much to do but internet surfing or watching TV.

Had a very comfortable stay, enjoyed relaxing in the bar for a quick drink. Had a nap before dinner, that night. Restaurant was lovely, our meals were superb with alittle hick-up with the desert menu. thank you for making my stay comfortable.
