From the time I checked in to the time I was dropped off at the hotel, I did not have one moment of stress. The staff made it very easy, did exactly what they said they would do. Housekeeping were very quick in response to a request. Will defnitely stay there again.

excellent for airport

I stayed for one night between flights and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable, decent internet access and restaurant for dinner. Shuttle service fine, location I haven't a clue, it seemed to be on an industrial estate but I want there for long enough to see.

okay. the bathroom basin area had a few grubby marks on it and the ground floor bed/living area sliding window wouldnt fasten shut so i had to call housekeeping.

Surprising value for a non-name-brand hotel

I was looking for an affordable airport hotel and this place fit the bill perfectly. This is a great hotel. The only issue I had involved my dining experience at the hotel restaurant. My waitress could not answer simple questions about menu items and kept telling me she was new and had only been there a month. She kept going to the kitchen to get answers. I was finally able to place my order but the chef refused to put blue cheese on my steak. When I questioned this a more experienced server was sent to the table and she refused to ask the chef for an explanation. Once we finally received our food we found it to be good, but the steak was a bit overcooked. Since I had apparently upset the chef already I decided not to send it back. At the end of the meal I spoke to the manager about my experience. She was sympathetic and apologized. Later, room service showed up with a plate of blue cheese and some bread. I found that to be a very strange way to respond to this situation. Aside from that one experience I enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to other business travelers.

Very good airport hotel - good location, reasonably quiet (both with respect to external noise and internal guest comings / goings) and nice, comfortable room. My only objection was having to pay $10 for internet access in my room.

Good option for 1 night or few hours

I decided to stay here for 1 night after a long flight with late night arrival. The hotel requested me to call them after immigration and health clearance and they have a shuttle bus with a 30 minute frequency, which was very convenient. It was a short drive and the check in was done in an efficient and quick way. The rooms are quite small but all amenities are there. There is internet in the rooms but will be charged. What I really did not like was the fact that the check out was already at 10am, which I forgot to check upon booking as I did not expect this with an airport hotel and this forced me to get up early after a long flight and a jet lag and that was exactly the reason for me to opt for a hotel near the airport. I think this hotel is a good option for a few hours rest or 1 night, but definitely not for any longer stay.
