The hotel is fine for one night. Its clean enough but basic. The service was poor as I had confirmed ahead to have a baby cot in the room but when I arrived they couldnt find one and seemed to have forgotten anyway. Pick up service is good but google the hotel for the freephone number and use a phone box rather than look for the mysterious place to call them from as we never found it.

24 hr bus service to Airport ,the staff were friendly , good food at the resturant
Room no 103 needs some attention , in the bathroom
there was a mouldy patch in the ceiling , the shower bath was repaired with a patch . Only one light worked as well . The switch to put the light on in the unit was missing
On the whole it was a good stay , when we returned to the hotel after 16 days of touring the North Island we stayed in a different unit which was a vast improvement on the previous room .We liked the early morning call , as we had to get to the Airport by 5 am .
Travel tip : The bus service into Auckland was good

Close to airport with excellent shuttle service. Quiet setting and relaxed atmosphere
Somewhat spartan and a bit dated rooms but with the necessary comforts.
Hotel was being renovated so work was ongoing and gave therefore a bit of a workplace feeling
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel shuttle is a bit difficult to spot but you can find them near the busstop the next island after the taxi stand, just cross over. If you phone you will get prompt reply and service

No clear information at arrivals to contact hotel for transport.
Arriving at 2.00am in the dark, with no awaiting transport and no information at the desk, we felt let down. Traveled by taxi to the hotel(which turned out to be very close)at an extortion cost to us.
The reception was not very accommodating, no help with our bags up to an upper room, room very dimly lit.
In daily light, room clean and adequate. Good breakfast, transport to airport on time.

This hotel is very basic, convenient for an overnight stay when flying in/flying out of Auckland airport.
