The hotel was clean but basic.

My stay at the Mercure was uneventful. It wasn't anything to write home about as the room was quite basic (looks better in the photos online than it does in real life). I guess it's what you'd expect for the price. The staff were very friendly though which was a plus and it is conveniently located near the quay and Britomart which has some nice restaurants.

very disappointed with the room menues different to the actual resturant menues and more expensive...very disadisfied gave a false impression in attracting us there. will not go there again.
