it was an overnight stay for my parents in transit to a P&O cruise vessel departing the next day. I did state they needed disabled access however the bathroom in their room was not suitable as the shower was over the bath. Food was too expensive on room menu for them which was a shame they felt. NB your survey question does not include an option to select did not eat at hotel.

The hotel is a typical city hotel that is of average rating. The fittings and furniture in the hotel and especially the room are rather dated and near to its expiry date. It would be great if the hotel is fully refurbished to reflect on its branding.

It was average. Nothing special. It felt like a 3 star. Deffinatly overpriced for the service/facilities we got (nothing!) The only good thing I could say is its location- which isnt everything to us. Would have preferred to stay anywhere else really.
