Easy Stop over
The three best things about this hotel were the Location, Location, Location.

After a 38 hour journey check-in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The room was very comfortable with a good layout. Breakfast was a worthwhile buffet.

Easy access to airport for a very early departure
Location, location, location. We also enjoyed our view of the tarmac and watching the planes landing.

This is an international standard hotel located alongside the Auckland Airport and a short walk to the terminals. Trolleys are on hand to transport luggage into the terminal. Service and comfort were as expected and the only negative would be the bath/shower combination which required a very big step to get into or out of and also to reach the taps one needed to get into the bath which does pose a huge safety risk.

Yes every thing was brilliant , spoiled by a very rude person on the front desk when we checked out, we had intended to write in and complain, so as no one else would have to experience such rudeness,Could not believe , I was left speechless , as was my partner.
