friendly staff, nice rooms, good and free internet access in lobby and in the rooms for low amount. hotel is located near motorway but in a quiet area just opposite to hospital ascot.

novotel is about 40 minutes from airport and near to the city and just oposite to emergency clinic ascot, good to know. kindly reception, good rooms. we could use medical help because at all airports from tokyo, seoul and sydney they didnt want to do the medical job !!

Location between North and South Auckland
I was put into a newly renovated room on the 4th floor. The mattress is surprisingly nice and soft to sleep in. The work table has enough power points for the lap top, mobile phones, etc, a very important feature for business traveller.
Bathroom is clean. Room is spacious for a couple, a great feature of all the Novotels around the world.
