Well run and attentive staff. We were staying to visit my daughter nearby and it suited us perfectly to recover from long flights from UK. It was somewhere relaxing and comfortable to get our body clocks adjusted. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space.

great place to stay for us, it was handy to the main moterway for us to get on and visit family aswell as shopping in city and malls, the room was a good size for 3 of us, quiet and very clean. Only sour point I had was parking at night as the hotel has a amazing restuarnt and there was also conferences on little parking availabe for guests staying over night, however there was plenty of parking 500meters from lobby (I parked there along with 10 other night staying guests.

Springs had gone in the mattress
easy to find, $25.00 taxi to the city and the food was good

my partner and i got very little sleep. the matress springs had given out in the shoulder area of the bed. we missed out on parking. we had to park in another part away from the hotel, only about 500m but when you have a lot of items to carry it was a long way. parking was first in first served.

Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff great. Facilities were clean and modern. Used the gym facilities which I thoroughly enjoyed. Couldn't ask for much more really.

as usual the novotel ellerslie has provided a good venue for business & accomodation.the hotel is always well serviced and delivers our requirements in all aspects....the accomodation is always of a high standard,rooms well serviced with friendly and obliging staff.the breakfast is very good and we were entirly happy with our stay.
Travel tip:
i have stayed at the novotel ellerslie many times and have always had a good experience.it is handy to downtown auckland(only a short drive)and have always received excellent service.the rooms are of a good standard and are always clean and tidy.we will definately be back to stay at the novotel ellerslie.
